Turn off the water,
remove the lid and
flush the toilet.
With the latch open
place the device
against the tube.
Be sure the leg is
against the bottom
end of the overflow tube.
Secure the device to
the tube by fastening
the latch.
Adjust the water level
by moving the float up
or down.
The higher that the
float is the greater the
savings of water.
Turn on the water.
